With the arrival of tsukimi burgers in fast food chains (Love the KFC one) and pumpkin spice latte in Starbucks. I have been wondering what is your favorite seasonal/limited edition product in Japan?
Fresh isei ebi at Kiraura Seaside Park Market in Miyazaki, every May. It’s the right time of year for the best of the best catch. Couple hour drive to get there then another couple hour wait to get a seat and pretty expensive but so good. Don’t eat it any other time of year as it will all be frozen and not as good.
