Hi everyone! I'm having issues with my current mobile provider and am thinking of switching over. Does anyone here use an esim? (as a long term resident, not as a tourist) Do you have any recommendations?
Alternatively, can anyone recommend a good sim card plan with a new mobile phone purchase tied in? I'm hoping for a Samsung phone and am leaning towards Docomo though the price point is pretty steep.
My worry is that my mobile phone might not support LTE so I may have to purchase a new device altogether.
English support is ideal, but if the mobile network isnt too difficult for foreigners it'd be a big help too.
