Hi all, keen to go up Azabudai Hills Obervation Deck in a couple weeks, I've just read that from April 2024 you need to be a customer of one of the bars or cafes though to get access.
How does it work? Can you just rock up and buy some drinks and get access? Or do you need to book? Thank you 🙂
