Air purifiers recommendations?

I live in Tokyo with two cats and have recently discovered that I have an allergy to cat dander, specifically affecting my eyes. I'd like to buy an air purifier for my home office to clean the air as best as possible 24/7 as I work from home and my cats frequently spend their day in my office with me. My office is not a large room so I don't think I need anything large or powerful.

There seem to be some highly recommended models over in the AirPurifiers subreddit but none of those appear to be available in Japan, instead restricted to North America.

Could anyone highly recommend models that are available in Japan? My preference would be for low-upkeep models, like ones which allow me to change the filter every 9 to 12 months.
