Yes i do live in tokyo, so im following the rules.
However to celebrate me and my wifes wedding anniversary, im thinking of us doing a small "staycation" staying at a 5 star hotel for a night in Tokyo or nearby region. Im thinking perhaps something like Okura, Conrad, park hyatt or something. Whats best you can get for a 100k per night?
