Budget crisis

I'm in Tokyo right now. I have to return to Osaka on the 31st of this month in order to catch my KIX flight at 11:30 in the morning of September 1st. I have around 2200 yen in my pocket, 330 dollars cash and the equivalent of 14019 yen in my credit card.

This means I can no longer withdraw from any ATM if I want to use my credit card for the shinkansen (If I could afford a non-reserved seat ticket at that budget).

I don't know how to work my money out. I want to visit shinjuku tomorrow and shibuya the day after but I'm afraid of train ticket costs interfering with my eating costs.

I'm really sorry, some of the money had been irresponsibly wasted on things that I should have kept in mind (expensive hotels and overeating etc.).

What do you guys suggest I do in a situation like this? Where can I go with such a limited budget? What's the cheapest way I could go back to Kansai airport? How do I manage my nutritional needs? Do I afford somewhere to sleep at Osaka or do I spend the night awake at KIX?
