Hello everyone!
I’ve been living in Japan for almost 3 years and even though I’m young and healthy, it occurred to me that if anything happens while I’m in Japan, an eventual body transportation to my home country would be extremely expensive for my family (knocking on wood 3 times).
I know that some companies like PayPay and Rakuten sell life insurance but I couldn’t find if they cover body repatriation costs.
So, does anyone have long term repatriation insurance recommendations? It would have to be one that is easily sold in Japan (or maybe my home country, Brazil).
It’s a worst case scenario but since I don’t have family here, being prepared is the way to go.
