Hi, I need to buy pressurized butane to refill my Xikar torch lighter. In the States it was relatively easy to buy Xikar Purofine refills, but I figure there have to be at least a few cigar smokers here who could point me towards a non-import option.
It seems that most butane gas on Amazon is intended for use with one of those emergency/camping stoves. I previously bought this but I believe it’s liquid butane so it didn’t work:

i mean other than just walking into a cigar shop and asking did you try Amazon?

If you are in Tokyo there are several cigar shops in the area. One might have something to refill your torch.
Tobacco shops sell it.
Google maps “Cigar shop near me”, sort by distance
There is an excellent smoke shop called Kagaya near Yurakucho Station. I’m a semi-regular there. I’d imagine they could sort you out. I use matches FWIW.
