NURO internet got disconnected

My NURO internet got disconnected a few days after I returned from overseas. When I got back, I tried to pay my bill at the convenience store, but it had already expired by a few days. I assumed they would send a second bill since I had only received the blue one, so I didn't think much of it and planned to pay the new bill when it arrived. Unfortunately, they disconnected my internet a few days later.

Since my Japanese isn't strong, I asked a friend to call NURO for me. I was told to wait for the second bill (the red one) and then make the payment. The new bill arrived five days later on August 13, and I paid it, assuming my internet would be reconnected soon. However, when I returned from another business trip on August 22, the internet was still not restored.

Now, I'm away on another business trip, and I'm very concerned that the internet still hasn't been reconnected. On their website, it seems to request a payment method be added, but none of the options apply to me since I don't have a Japanese credit card or other billing methods. I only use bank withdrawals or convenience store billing.

Is this the issue? Has anyone else experienced getting their NURO internet disconnected? If so, was the reconnection period this long?
