Finding a job in Tokyo

Hello,

I (25M) recently graduate from a MSc in Economics in Italy, and during my studies I gained some international experience including a semester at Sophia University in Tokyo.

I am now looking for a job, and my dream is to leave Italy and find opportunities in Tokyo as I fell in love with the city and its vibe. The main issue is however that I don't speak Japanese. Learning it would require a lot of time, and ideally time spent there to practice it, however I feel like my priority now is to find a job, gain some experience and become financially independent as soon as possible.

I believe some office jobs, specially in big banks or corporations, might only require English (I'm fluent) but they're extremely hard to find.

Has anyone been through this and made it successfully? Also any tips or general advices are much appreciated!

Thanks!
