Non-unicode character? (手偏 + 庶)

As the title suggests, can anyone help me out with how to locate characters that don’t seem to be in unicode. The character in question consists of a 手偏 and 庶.

I know this is not the first instance I’ve come across, but I definitely can’t seem to remember where I finally located a reading in the past. Any leads would be very appreciated.
