Trying to cancel NJPW World since update, but account not found even though I’m still being charged for subscribing to it

I'm looking to unsubscribe from NJPW World but when I enter my email address to log back in, it says “No account found.”

I haven't logged in since last October so this was before the switch to the new system. However, I put in both possible email addresses I made this account with when I said I forgot my password and it says “account not found.”

With Amazon on my computer, the app isn't highlighted so I can't remove it from my library.

I'm also still being charged monthly for subscribing to NJPW World but I can't log in and when I try to reset my password it says account not found. 

Thank you so much for any and all help on how to log in and unsubscribe from NJPW World, especially when I'm still being charged.
