Questions says it all: what is the best way to acquire movies on Blu Ray for cheap these days?
For renting, the only two options I know of – Discas and DMM – have a paltry selection, with DVDs vastly outnumbering Blu Rays (as an aside, how? DVDs look terrible on modern TVs).
Even Book Off has way more DVD movies than Blu Rays, with the possible exception of anime box sets, where it's more balanced.
