    The article doesn’t say, and I don’t remember seeing it mentioned previously.

  2. Tech sector is getting hit hard by the brain drain. Lack of skilled engineers is leading to these types of situations.

  3. There only taking ¥200 off peoples bill for such a huge (and it some cases dangerous if they couldn’t call emergency services) incidence? Are you kidding me? That’s such a joke
