12 day honeymoon trip check

Hello everyone.

I wanted to share our itinerary that my fiancée (soon wife!) will be taking right and left of Japan. We will be there from Oct 1 to Oct 12 and we seek advice.
We wanted to craft this trip from the ground up but maybe we are overdoing it. We have been adviced by some friends that have already gone to Japan several times or just recently, but still, we feel that we need more reassurance that our trip is well round for a first time.
We positively know that we are leaving out many many important places, but again, this is our first time here and we know that we will be back some time soon…

So, about the planned trip:

• Oct 1
  • Tokyo arrival.
    • From Takanawa hotel, all up to Shibuya and Golden Gai.
• Oct 2
  • Tokyo day 2.
    • Shinjuku
    • Harajuku
    • Meiji Jingu
• Oct 3
  • Move to Kyoto. Day 1
    • Golden pavillion
    • Nijo
    • Arashiyama
• Oct 4
  • Kyoto Day 2
    • Walk all the way from Ginkaki-ji to Heian Jingu (Philosopher's path)
    • Early in the afternoon Nintendo Museum (we got lucky!)
    • Pontocho
    • Fushimi inari in the evening
• Oct 5
  • Osaka day trip.
    • We want to eat lots of stuff at Dotonbori and surroundings
    • Osaka Castle
    • NIpponbashi
• Oct 6
  • Excursion to Himeji castle.
    • Have lunch there and, in the afternoon, take another train to Hiroshima along the same lane.
    • Visit Hiroshima Peace museum
    • Okonomi mura Suigun for trying the famous okonomiyaki
• Oct 7
  • Day trip to Miyajima with the earliest ferry we can take.
  • Back to Hiroshima at night.
• Oct 8
  • Transfer to Hakone. We have an accommodation at an onsen there where we wanted to relax and cool down a bit.
• Oct 9
  • Round-trip-around Hakone.
    • Lake Ashi with pirate ship
    • Ropeway to Owakudani
    • Chisuji Falls
    • Back to onsen
• Oct 10
  • Back to Tokyo where we have the last hotel in Ueno.
  • Ameyoko
  • Akihabara
  • Tokyo Skytree
    • Kirby Café (if we make it in time for reservation!)
• Oct 11
  • Asakusa
  • Senso-ji
  • Finish some shopping around Ueno/Ameyoko
• Oct 12
  • We take our plane back home.

So… knowing all that. How would you round-up everything? Is anything that we are planning unfeasible?
