I’m moving to Kyoto for my higher studies soon, and I’m looking for housing near Kamigyo. The dorm offered by my university is quite affordable, but it has a shared kitchen, toilets, and bathrooms, and I’m not very comfortable with sharing such small spaces with 10-15 other people.
If anyone has any experience with housing in Kyoto, I’d really appreciate some recommendations. I’m looking for something within a budget (40-50k yen per month) that has at least a private kitchen and toilet in the room. Nothing fancy, just something comfortable and private.
