I am not japanese but the game show Takseshis Castle was popular in my country.
There was a ball shooter in the game ball bridge, where people are shot with balls while crossing a bridge.
Does anyone know the throwing mechanism used by the shooter?

Looks like it was a machine that shoots volley balls or foot balls? Like the one that shoots tennis balls.

Just for info, the rest of the world knows the show as “Beat Takeshi”.
EDIT : forget that crap. Show was called “Takeshi’s Castle” everywhere, and the Person was (also) known as Beat Takeshi.
