I'm looking for a hair stylist in the Osaka area that can bleach and colour my hair. I'm white and i have wavy hair, I"ve been to scared to book a hair appointment but I finally decided to get it over with, now just finding a salon. If anyone has and recommendations for salons that can bleach and colour my white girl hair, please let me know!
