Hi All,
I am interested to learn sushi in Japan.
Not to work as professional chef, but more like a hobby to entertain friends and family.
I research some of sushi school that length from start from 2-3 hours as advertised on klook, some 5 weeks to 3 years also available.
Has anyone here knows which school / course to take ?
I’ve been to Japan once and learning the language now to prepare for the course.
