My first job here got me 5year Engineering Visa as a seishain. Then last year I resigned, then renewed my visa and got 1year, as per Immigration the reason is because I did not notify for the change of Job immediately. (My previous employer did not know as well that it is necessary)
Anyway, I am troubled because my current employer said that I can be seishain by Nov. However, He showed me rough calculation, and my monthly salary will decrease.
My question is will it be a problem in my renewal of visa if I remain as keiyaku shain coz I don't want my monthly salary to decrease. And my employer did not clarify other benefits of being a seishain to me other than the permanency of my work. Which is development at automotive industry so whether I am a seishain or keiyaku shain there's an assurance of work.
What do you think? Should I remain as is and have my contract renews every now and then.. 😅
