Trouble hearing with background noise

I'm (N4) having trouble understanding the audio below due to background noise and the speaker kind of mumbling his lines due to repetitiveness of his job. I would like to type out a transcript so I can study with this later if possible.

Any tips on how you try to listen to audio that's difficult due to outside influence?
