Itinerary Check – Solo Travelling to Japan and South Korea [5 days Tokyo, 3 days Hakone, 6 days Osaka]

I am planning a solo trip to Japan and South Korea this fall and was looking for some advice on my itinerary. I wasn't able to include the Korean part of the trip due to character limits.
