Hi, I’m looking for psychiatrists, therapists and so on in Tokyo that can speak English both to give me new prescriptions for my anxiety medication that I was prescribed before I moved and to help me with the anxiety I’m experiencing during and after the move. I live near Ikebukuro, so if anyone has recommendations closer to there it would be appreciated. Even if not, thanks in advance.

American Clinic Tokyo is well regarded. They don’t accept insurance. All charges are direct pay.
I went to Mejiro Sola Clinic and had an excellent experience. English speaking staff, not fluent, but they were very accommodating and took the time to to dial in the right medication for me.

Dr. Morita at the Higashi Shinjuku Kokoro Clinic is a psychiatrist who works with TELL, but you don’t need a referral, just book an appointment directly.
You can use health insurance; the pharmacy is next door.
