Fiance and I are traveling to Japan at the end of the month and we can't wait! We’re flying JAL from BOS to NRT. We splurged on premium economy seats (which are supposed to be best in class) because we couldn't pass up the convenience of a direct flight and have had our tickets booked for months now.
That said, I've read tons of comments online lately lamenting how uncomfortably warm JAL keeps their cabins. There are claims from some passengers that temps float between 75f – 82f throughout the entire flight. I can tolerate heat pretty well, but that seems a bit much for a 14 hour flight! I'm definitely used to the arctic temps on American carriers.
I'm a pretty anxious person and have already started catastrophising this. I'd love to hear realistic experiences from others (please tell me it'll be ok) and get any tips for staying cool if you have them!
