Went to Shoyo for their lunch omakase after I really enjoyed the one at Namo. This 1 was a bit more like what I was expecting for an omakase, where each piece was made in front of you and placed down individually. In total there were 18 things to eat including 11 pieces of nigiri and 1 sashimi course (I don’t have a good picture of 1 of them: the salmon belly)
Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience omakase for the first time. The chef is very personable and makes the experience very enjoyable, and he has a lot of experience.
