Quick background
– 32 years old, so I don’t qualify for working visa
– I graduated with a college diploma (media) and have worked in the industry for over 10 years, but my Japanese is no where near the level of being fluent.
I’m interested in enrolling in a Japanese language school in order improve my Japanese and obtain a student visa and at the same time look for a part time job. If I enjoyed my stay in Japan, I was wondering if there’s any way for me, someone who doesn’t hold a university degree to obtain a working visa and stay in the country for a longer period of time.
If possible I would prefer to not work in the media industry as I’m currently transitioning into a new field. I wouldn’t mind teaching English as I’ve always found joy in teaching others
