I’m not ranking these in order at all, if I did, his match with ospreay at dontaku would be number 1 but I didn’t love new japans selection for his 20th year celebration so I made a list of my own.
Sidebar, Shingo takagi is such a comfort wrestler to watch, I find myself going back to his matches because he really hasn’t wrestled a bad match in new Japan. Even when he’s beaten guys like Cobb or henare in the past, the matches were so good that it elevated them even when they lost. That’s something Okada couldn’t even do.
