Looking for a ryokan in Hakone

Hey guys !
Im travelling to japan end of october and was looking for the best ryokan i can get for arround 150€ per night

I was looking for hakone since its not far from tokyo (i dont got many days so i dont want to stay in transportation to much)

What would be your recommandation im hoping for some private onsen with good views 🙂
