10 day itinerary check – my brain is malfunctioning

This is our first time to Japan! We'll be celebrating our 10yr anniversary and leaving the little gremlins at home with grandma and grandpa 🙌
Trying not too pack too much in a day, but its hard with limited time! We're not too strict on times, just general ideas for the day. We're each only bringing a large backpack for luggage, so wont have much to schlep around. We'll buy a cheap suitcase or duffle in Tokyo for goodies going home. We're not planning Teamlabs/Disney/Universal/sky towers/etc. Just like to explore, eat good food, shop, learn history/culture.
