First, I want to thank this community for all the help it provides! I have my first trip to Japan, and I’ll be traveling with my elderly parents (they’re in their 60s), so I’ve been in charge of planning everything (no pressure, haha). Below is the itinerary I’ve put together for Tokyo, Kamakura, Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara. I’d love your feedback and suggestions!

- I’m a huge Naruto fan and really want to visit the Naruto x Boruto Theme Park on Awaji Island. It’s a long trip (about 2 hours one way) and I’ll be going with my mom, who doesn’t speak Japanese either. Is this trip worth it, or should we consider a day trip to Amanohashidate instead?

Questions:
- Any recommendations for cultural experiences, cafes or anime stores ?
- Where can I see a Kabuki show in either Tokyo or Kyoto?
- Are there any Naruto or JJK events happening while I’m there?
- Thoughts on visiting Naruto x Boruto Theme Park vs. Amanohashidate?
Thank you so much for your help! My family and I love matcha, coffee, and Turkish/Indian food (we don’t eat pork). Any other recommendations are greatly appreciated!
