Made some sushi tonight

Philadelphia rolls a couple different ways, tuna rolls with crunchy onions, salmon rolls, spicy crab rolls and shrimp nigiri.

Found the best rice I have tasted so far. Decided to get the most expensive rice on shelf in Life grocery store (about 2500 yen per 2kg) and it was amazing: large, polished rice pearls. When cooked, it is not mushy. Texture and taste are really nice.
