Marukyu Koyamaen Matcha Retailer a scam????

I have noticed that Marukyu Koyamaen matcha is out of stock practically everywhere but the JJ Market website (https://j-j-market.com/) claims to have it in stock.

Does anyone know if the website is a scam? I can't find information about the company anywhere.
