I did it – I finished learning Japanese letters! Took me slightly longer than expected, but I can finally learn some Japanese!
Was feeling a little down due to the fact that I’m not keeping up with my SRS and traditional study methods, but I’ve been understanding my immersion content pretty well so at least I’m proud of that!
Picked back up my kanji studies with WaniKani!
I had abandoned that for a while unfortunately and focused only on the vocabulary and grammar practice of Genki 1. I am only doing 30mins per day so the progress is slow but I believe it’s very important to also include daily kanji if I can.
