Trying to find good views of Mt Fuji

Hi everyone, I'm looking for help finding a great view of Fuji that fits my vacation schedule.

I had a plan to visit Hakone or Fujiyoshida during my trip, but the recent typhoon shuffled much of my itinerary.

I'll be taking the shinkansen (Sanyo-Tokaido line) from Hiroshima to Tokyo station on Sep 7. I have an appointment in Tokyo on the 9th which I cannot miss.

Is there a good spot along the shinkansen route I can find memorable Fuji views?
