This year I got a work visa and my contract says that my monthly salary is 250000, and that's what I applied with. In fact, my salary is based on hours and I work about 60-70% (about 100h/month), and it comes to about 130000-140000 (That was agreed upon with employer).
Next year, when I will apply for an extension, I will submit my tax slip, showing this numbers, and my contract which still says full salary. And as I do not submit actual working hours, this numbers may seem incorrect (they would have matched if I'd worked 100% hours).
My question is, may I be denied extension based on this? Do I need to attach working hours to my extension application? Do I need to worry at all about this?
Thank you.
