Hello. i recently participated in a raffle for a concert of my favorite band via “ticket-pia”. For the phone number confirmation i used the phone number of the hotel where I stayed during my trip to Japan. The problem is that the only payment method is 7-eleven payment. I have two questions for this:
What do I need to show to make a ticket payment from 7-eleven? My friend told me that he can pay for me if I win the raffle since he often travels to Japan for work, but is there any chance of him doing that? How exactly does the process work? (It is an electronic ticket, by the way.)
And most importantly, how many days does ticket-pia usually give for 7-eleven payment?
