Trying track cycling Keirin in Tokyo, how?

I would love to get into Keirin during my time in Tokyo, does anybody have recommendations of where to try it? I am a moving to Tokyo next week for an internship at Tokyo University and love cycling (im Dutch) and became fascinated by Japanse trackcycling. Would love to try it an train perhaps a couple times per week. My Japanese language skills are near non existent atm.
