TUJ art program

I was offered and accepted into TUJ, however I am currently a third year Fine arts major at Herron School of Art which is part of IU.

I see a lot of hate on this university, and i can understand why but what I am curious about before I make the jump, is that none of these threads speak on the Art or Japanese departments. Since I am a double major in Japanese and Fine Arts I am curious how they fair?

I will not go to this university if the education in these two fields is less than stellar, but to be honest Fine art as a degree is more about what the individual puts into their art. So i suppose it's more about the Japanese program?
