Are there any directory listings for people by name in Tokyo?

I am adopted, trying to find my biological father. He was from Venice, Italy, met my biological mother briefly in the UK. Relationship didn't work out, so decided baby be adopted. He returned to Venice before I was born in 1970. Met and married a Japanese lady in 1993 and moved to Tokyo some time later. He would be around age 76 now. Did not have any other children. He is not listed on my birth certificate. DNA result matched with my first cousin (his father, my father's older brother died 2001). He has had no contact with my birth father for c20 years.
