Menu said 1 pc toro for $8.95. I asked for 1 order of the toro, received 2 pieces. I clarified with the waitress that I had only wanted 1, she said the the order actually comes with 2 pieces… I don't know how that could be true and not a fluke at this price, but damn was this shit good AND affordable.
