hiHi we are a family of 4 moving to Tokyo for 3 months and the kids (5-11) who will be attending the French School in Itabashi. We were hesitating to move around Itabashi as we want to enjoy as much as we can central Tokyo and were thinking to live closer to center and Travel in the morning with the kids. We are looking for a 3 months rental furnished apartment with a 800,000 JPY monthly budget. Any area/building recommendation?

How much space do you need? My newer 27 m2 1K in central Tokyo (Chiyoda) was 120,000 per month.
