Need Advice on PSU and Monitor Replacement for My Gaming PC

I recently moved to Japan and brought my PC from my home country. Unfortunately, due to the voltage difference and my PSU not supporting Japan's 110V, I can't use my PC. I've been looking into a few options:

  1. Getting a new 650W modular PSU (Gold rated).
  2. Getting a step-up voltage converter to 240V. However, I haven't been able to find a reliable voltage converter.

I'm looking for advice on which option would be better and cheaper. If replacing the PSU is the way to go, how difficult would it be to replace it myself, given that I’ve never built a PC before? Also, if I replace the PSU, will there be any compatibility issues with my other PC parts, like my motherboard (Tomahawk Max B450) or GPU?

Additionally, I'd love recommendations for a good 1080p monitor within a budget of around 20K to 25K yen. My total budget for both the PSU and the monitor is around 30K yen.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
