Hi! I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub for this. I currently live in Shiga as a student but I'll be going back to my home country this month. My hobby is pilgrimage to anime sites and I missed one spot in Hida city, Gifu when I went there for Your Name, that is the Hida City Library. I was thinking of going again before returning home but from where I live it's quite expensive as a student to get there. I thought maybe it'd be better to visit again in the future (as I'm planning to move back to Japan in several years), but suddenly I got this thought in my head like what if the library has closed by then?
So what do you think are the chances of that happening? Or do you know of things like that related to public buildings?
