Thoughts on my 6-day Japanese Alps road trip itinerary? Too long or any adjustments?

Hi everyone,

I’m planning a 5/6 day road trip with a car through the Japanese Alps and would love some feedback. Here’s my current plan after leaving from Tokyo

• Night 1: Matsumoto
• Night 2: Tateyama
• Night 3: Tateyama
• Night 4: Nagano
• Night 5: Nagano (or somewhere nearby) and back to Tokyo.

Do you think this itinerary is too long for 6days?

Should I adjust or shorten any of the stops? Any suggestions for changes or additional places to check out would be appreciated.
