Itinerary Check for 14 Days as Budget Travellers- Arrive 19th September

Hi all! Myself and my partner are travelling to Japan next week for the start of our 5 month backpacking trip. Japan has always been my dream destination so we couldn't miss it out, even though we have a pretty strict budget. We're looking at around £50 each MAX a day. Obviously some days will be more expensive but are hoping to stick below the budget overall, not including accommodation as this is already paid for.

I was hoping for a quick itinerary check as I'm quite nervous we'll be trying to do too much, particularly in Kyoto! I'm still working on some ideas for Osaka, as from what I can see most activities are quite expensive in the area.
