Feeling stuck and wanting to pursue education in a university but in English. Help !

A little about me. I’m 22, I’m a Japanese citizen. Sadly though I don’t know much Japanese (im studying though!). It’s a long story but to get to the point, I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and my Japanese I would say is around a N5-N4 level. I’m really trying my hardest to study Japanese because of course, I’m in Japan!

I’m currently working at a factory. I’ve been working here for two years and because there’s a lot of foreigners, I haven’t progressed much in my Japanese learning. I had this wake up call when I asked one of my seniors how long she’s been working here. She’s is currently 52 and has worked there for 20+ years. It’s not to bring her down because she is one tough lady, but I had this weird sensation of not wanting to stay at a factory for most of my life. Plus they don’t pay much to begin with :,).
Anyway, I feel a little stuck and have been planning on moving on to further my education here in Japan. I found lots of universities that have English taught programs ! But of course that’s just through Google.

I wish to be able to get a good education that could stabilize me in a well payed career. I’m currently looking into international business or administration or something along the computer science field.
I also want the opportunity to study Japanese while being in school. I think the reason why I haven’t been able to study much was because of my long work hours. I just want to focus and give my 100%.

Basically, does anyone have any recommendations for universities around Tokyo or experiences of studying in Japan fully in English? Also, please feel free to ask any questions!
