I've just moved to Tokyo and staying with family friends for a little while I apartment shop.
I'm looking for bike-commute (max 1 hr) friendly, cheaper neighborhoods to my job in Yotsuya. Currently, I'm in Nakano and wondering where I should begin my search.
1LDK preferred at or under ¥98000.
