Business Visa Ballet/Pilates/GYROTONIC

My partner and I have been working towards moving to Japan for a year now, we still have some work to do but I wanted to see if I could get any input or guidance on this as I have not been able to find a lot of specific information online. We are thinking of hiring a visa lawyer soon but I wanted to get some opinions first.

We are/were both professional ballet dancers. He is now an instructor after a 20 year career. I am still a dancer but also am a Pilates and GYROTONIC instructor. We meet all the criteria for business manager visa I believe, except having an office in Japan, but when we get closer to applying we will try to get one. We are both also learning Japanese and will have 5 years of study under our belts once we want to apply.

My main question: do you think the Japanese would be interested in this business proposal? Technically speaking, our business could function anywhere and is not Japanese specific, other than that I have not seen a business that combines all three forms of fitness together and I have not seen much GYROTONIC at all.

We have also thought of applying the the artist visa, and if needed Eikaiwa as a last resort/to get our foot in the door. Any thoughts at all would be welcome and helpful.

With all this in mind, does anyone have a recommendation for a Japanese visa lawyer? I am in Austin, TX
