Friend got this ticket at Shinsen Station. Why? He tapped in with Pasmo just to use the WC but got charged ¥140 when exiting. The station attendant gave him this ticket. I’ve never seen this before . Anyone know what it’s for? (Friend doesn’t speak Japanese)
