What are the rules in Oze national park?

Hi. I am going to Oze national park in a few weeks but I want to know the rules on what is allowed and what is not. I was told it was very strict but I can’t find a government website that explains them. I know the simple rules like you have to bring you rubbish back with you but what about face wash? Is soap free face wash ok? Dose anyone know a government website with the rules?
